Inspiration for my artwork often comes from the world around me—those fleeting moments in time that can so easily slip away. Capturing them through art feels like holding onto something precious, even if just for a while.
I’ve always seen the world through a colorful lens. Color is central to my work—not just in the hues on canvas but also in the way I like to bring a touch of humor and lightheartedness into what I create. My hope is that when people view my art, they feel uplifted, entertained, and maybe even a little more joyful.
Because I love working across many mediums, my techniques shift depending on what I’m using. Each medium gives me a new way to express my ideas.

You never end up where you start
My artistic journey began with photography, but I never let go of the dream of becoming a painter. At 48, I finally picked up a paintbrush—jumping right into oil painting! That leap taught me something important: it’s never too late to start, and fear should never hold you back. Explore new paths, experiment freely, learn wherever you can (even from YouTube!), and above all—keep a spirit of play alive in your creativity.
